The undersigned owner(s) grant(s) to Timeshare Lifestyle, Inc. (TLI) permission to advertise the property on the internet and otherwise, to make information concerning the property available to potential buyers, renters, real estate agents, brokers and others. I understand that TLI is not a Real Estate Brokerage firm. I/we agree that there is no guarantee that the property will sell or rent at any price or within a particular amount of time. TLI will advertise your vacation property until sold or rented, or for up to six months, whichever occurs first. You may renew at no charge for an additional six months by giving us written notice thirty days before the first six months end. If you do not renew in writing, you will be given the opportunity to renew at a discounted rate for an additional six months. If a Premier listing is sold during the listing period in any way other than through TLI within 50% of the original asking price, TLI will perform the closing or refund 50% of the listing fee upon proof of a bona fide sale. Upgrading or trading your property for equity towards another property does not qualify as a sale. If the property is rented during the listing period in any way other than through TLI within 25% of the original asking price, TLI will refund 50% of the listing fee upon proof of a bona fide rental. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable. A rental reservation fee of $49.95 is due from the property owner at the time of rental. Some closings may incur additional costs because of high (over $50.00) recording fees, complex tax forms (e.g. Hawaii or New York) resort transfer fees, courier fees and other unusual expenses. Per Florida law, we offer a 7-day rescission period to cancel your advertising in writing to us, once the ad has become active on our website. Any disputes between TLI and owner(s) will be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida.
