Location: Crete

Grand Leoniki is located in Platanes which is a Rethymnon (Crete) prefecture - the smallest and most sparsely inhabited compared to the other three on the island. This prefecture is the center of folk art, especially weaving and embroidering in Anoyia, as well as ceramics which have been mainly developed around the small picturesque village of Margarita.
