Location: Glacier, Washington

Snowater is situated on the Nooksack River at the edge of the Mount Baker National Forest. Close by, you can enjoy excellent hiking trails in summer and fall and white-water rafting in July and August. Just 19 miles away, the Mount Baker Ski Area has an average annual snowpack of 250 inches and fantastic skiing from November through April. At Snowater, there are four tennis courts, two indoor pools with whirlpool, sauna, squash and racquetball courts, and a game room. The resort is an hour-and-a-half drive from Vancouver, British Columbia; two-and-a-half hours from Seattle.
