Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort features 123 villas and studios housed in 20 three-story buildings with rustic décor inspired by the lodges of the 1940s. All the roomy units provide air conditioning, TV, VCR, with movies being available for rent. The one and two bedroom villas feature bathroom suites with jetted tubs. All villas have full kitchens which include microwave ovens, refrigerators, coffee makers, washer/dryers and dishwashers. The pool complex has a spiraling water slide and a really huge spa tub enough to accommodate around 25 persons easily. There is a separate kiddie’s pool too. Other highlights at the resort include games tables, deep leather seats and a pool table. Complimentary coffee and lemonade are provided to guests. Guests can relax in the rope swings and rocking chairs, available throughout the resort.
Supervised activities for children are offered at the ‘Disney’s Discovery Club’ which include magic shows, kayak tours and even cooking classes. You can try out cooking on the complimentary charcoals available in the resort. The modern well-equipped fitness center is another place which is a hit with guests. High speed internet access is available at a surcharge. The resort also has a general store on-site. You can always snack up to your heart’s content at the on-site eateries ‘Signals’ and ‘Surfman’s Sand Bar’.
