Buying a Monarch timeshare

Hi everyone. I'm looking to buy something on the beach side. Since my budget is kinda tight, I was told by my friends that Monarch would be a good choice. However, I heard it's a little older. Can you guys throw in some details? I would appreciate any details. Thanks.

I don't think Monarch will fit into your budget. It might be a little costly. Also, if you are talking about Sea Pines Plantation, it's a little older. You can think of other places that are better than Sea Pines also, but obviously they would cost more. So, you might have to increase your budget to buy Monarch or something even better.

I'm sorry. I forgot to mention my budget. It's $6000. Does Monarch fit into this budget? Will I be able to get something better? Please give me your opinions. Thanks again.

You have not mentioned your budget mate. It all depends on your budget.
