I was in Aruba with my wife for two weeks; August 1st to 15th. Aruba Beach Club was our timeshare resort. It was getting renovated then and I hope the work would be almost over by now. Here is an account of our two week stay in ABC.
Our unit had a wonderful view of the beach area. Aruba Beach Club has an arrangement with Casa Del Mar, wherein you can access everything in Casa Del Mar when you stay in ABC. Since ABC didn't have a Jacuzzi, we enjoyed the one at Casa Del Mar. Both Aruba Beach Club and Casa Del Mar have bars and restaurants.
We shopped at the grocery stores and cooked our own meals for a couple days. The kitchen was very convenient. The third day, we decided to have our breakfast in Calypso, Casa Del Mar; and it was awesome. We had bacon, french toast, fruits, sausage, and many more.
We then spent some time at the beach in Costa Linda, which was really good. The sun was great.
We were really confused at lunch time, because there are some very good places available. After pondering over Amazonia, Sole Mare, El Gaucho, and Madame Janette's, we chose Madame Janette's. It was GREAT.
We had dinner at Madame Janette's again and the lobster thermidor was excellent. Don't miss it by any chance.
