Selling my week. Should I pick up a closing company?

Hi everyone. I just wanted to know that in case I put up my week on a list for sale, will I need to hire the services of a closing company to do so. And if so, should I mention the closing company’s name in my ad? Once I get in touch with one of them, will they take care of everything else? I wanted to get a hang of all these things before I get into a contract with one of them.

Thanks in advance for clarifying this for me.

You can sit and discuss with a closing company’s representative. Once you get all your doubts clarified, then you can offer your choice to the buyer.

A lot of times the buyers themselves may have a strong preference for a particular closing company. It is therefore best that you discuss the issue with your buyer and then come to a conclusion.

Most of the closing companies do take care of every aspect once you tell them about the terms of your deal. They will then take it forward from there. They will take care of stuff like escrow management, the sales contract and make sure that the transfer takes place without any hassles.
