Thank you for visiting Timeshare Lifestyle. While you’re here let me take a moment of your time to tell you briefly about our internal systems and this website. Our technology was designed with the sole purpose of guaranteeing that the purchase, sale or rental of your vacation property is a satisfying and rewarding experience: a transaction that meets or exceeds all your expectations. As the President of the Company, that’s my most important job.  It may sound clichéd, but it is true: here at Timeshare Lifestyle, we take a proactive, personalized approach to ensuring you and all our timeshare buyers, renters and sellers are totally satisfied.

Our Account Executives deliver an unparalleled level of customer service working with you, our customer, one on one, throughout the entire sale or rental process.  Our Administrative Staff is the first to work with potential buyers and renters.  They will help guide buyers and renters toward the property of their dreams and to create a connection between them (the buyer) and you (the seller/renter).  From the first phone conversation, our staff’s expertise and patience establishes a level of comfort that reassures you that the entire experience will be stress-free.

Once sales or rentals are complete, a common question we hear is, “How much commission will I have to pay?” or “Who will pay for the closing?” We are proud to answer that we never charge a commission and, with our Premier Listing, we absorb the normal closing fees for both buyer and seller.  And beyond the costs and fees, our Closing Department has personal relationships with resorts across the nation and the globe, which helps to smoothly expedite your sale.

As a company, we outshine our competitors by providing key website features that assist in the decision making of buyers and renters. Our website presents color streaming videos of resorts and resort destinations, allowing interested buyers and renters to experience vacation properties first hand without actually having to visit them. This is invaluable in helping to make a final purchase or rental decision.

We also include links to our owner’s resorts, and provide abundant information in every listing.  If you are already a member with us, you can visit our website’s Vacation Center and share your personal vacation experiences at timeshare locations worldwide. You can also post pictures and help newcomers to the Timeshare Lifestyle take full advantage of their ownership.

For sellers, if you found our website with relative ease, then you know potential buyers and renters will too. Our extensive marketing program covers print and internet media to get your properties exposed. We are advertising so you don't have to!
